Cancellation Policy

A single subscription is required for hosting management services. If you choose to cancel your subscription, please notify the developer in advance to arrange a meeting for the transfer of hosting and management responsibilities to you.

Failure to provide proper notice and follow-up may result in the removal of your website and the sale of your domain name.

Revision Policy

Small revisions typically include quick updates or minor tweaks that don’t require significant development time. A small revision could be anything that takes 1–5 minutes to complete. Here are some examples:

Changing headings, paragraphs, or button text

Updating images or replacing media

Editing metadata (SEO descriptions, titles, alt text)

Tweaking colors, fonts, or spacing

Adjusting padding, margins, or alignment

Minor CSS fixes (e.g., button styling, text overlap issues)

✅ Bug Fixes & Debugging

Fixing broken links

Resolving minor display issues on mobile or desktop

Fixing JavaScript console errors (if straightforward)

✅ Functionality Enhancements

Adding or modifying a simple contact form field

Adjusting form validation rules

Updating navigation menus (e.g., adding a new link)

✅ Performance & Security Tweaks

Clearing cache or optimizing images

Updating plugins or dependencies (if no major conflicts)

Configuring redirects (e.g., 301 for SEO purposes)

What’s Not a Small Revision?

❌ New features (e.g., adding a full user authentication system)

❌ Complex API integrations or database changes

NOTE: Any revisions beyond the revision limit will have a minimal charge of the agreed upon hourly rate.
